At Mildred Barry Garvin, our Mission is to create an environment conducive to learning, where all of our students are encouraged to think, achieve, and grow in order to prepare for the challenges of a competitive society.

Mildred Barry Garvin's Vision is to be the number one elementary school in the State of New Jersey in the following areas: student academic achievement, least number of suspensions and disciplinary referrals, and student attendance.

In order to achieve these goals, we employ the talents of a highly qualified staff, involved parents, an active PTO, and students who are eager to learn.
